While boating on the Savannah River near Augusta, Georgia; I recently had a brief encounter with a snake. Not all snakes are bad, but when you see one, use common sense and act properly. This one was very relaxed, and laid back. I took a few photographs, and left this guy alone. I find that there is no reason to stress these animals out.
